From humble beginnings, we embarked on a journey that has seen us evolve into a leading force in health and social care workforce development and eLearning market. In the early days, founder Christian set out on a mission to encourage learning, continual technological and service innovation, and collaborative working for the benefit of the health and social care sector.  As we navigated through challenges and embraced opportunities, our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction became the cornerstone of our identity. Milestone moments, such as the launch of Myrus our eLearning and workforce development management tool, our endorsed status with Skills For Care and our development of Apprenticeship delivery and management services for the health and social care market, marked significant chapters in our evolution.

 

Over the years, we've pioneered excellent leadership development and management training in the care sector as well as developing staff at all levels in providing better informed care, earning a reputation for cutting-edge solutions.
